Yay, I have been waiting for this moment for a while now. My Roses in Bloom is finally published in the latest Make Modern Magazine. This quilt was inspired by a lovely arrangement of two roses set on table in Rodney’s Cafe. I used a mix of foundation piecing and traditional piecing to make the quilt. I used a mix of Kona Cotton and Art Gallery fabrics for my solids and a range of Kaffe Fassett fabrics for the Roses. It has been heart warming to see the reaction to my quilt.
